Windows 7 Crysis stops working

Here is an odd problem about Crysis (normal and Warhead too).
The game starts everything is allright i set everything on max screen res on 1680x1050
I watch the vid then comes the loading screen it loads up then black screen
if I alt+ftab from the game windows says it stopped working correctly and scanning for solutions
this game worked cool on Xp OS.

if there is some solution pls tell me

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83Ghz
2Gb DDR2 TwinX corsair Ram
BFG Geforce 8800GTS 640OC2
Windows 7 Professional (64)

It might be due to the fact that you have 2 gb ram and windows 7 64 bit, 2 gb ram is the minimum requirement for win 7 64 bit, so you can have problems running games. I've seen such problems with other systems to.
