Hi

can anyone help me unistall this product cyberlink power2go 6 its driving me mad

PC using Windows 7 64bit original just installed 3 days ago

error message below

someone said try revo uninstaller but never found that these sort of programs work maybe it would for this problem I don't no. I have tried to reinstall but it said you must unistall the product first but still get the same error.

Should be no problem with the licensed Cyberlink.

I would try to reinstall it and then try to uninstall it again. Try Uninstall from the Cyberlink program group (if available), and also try Control Panel > Programs and Components > Uninstall.

for the second I have tried all you have suggested before I post the error the program is in the add and remove but when I try to remove I get this error. I have also tried to reinstall power2go again but it finds that I have already got it install and then ask to you want to remove it which is the only option the again comes up with same error.
