I got a message from windowscontrolscanning.in that I have all these sercurity risks and for me to download their zip file. I put windowscontrolscanning.in in the address bar and nothing came up. I downloaded Malwarebytes free trial and got rid of 8 files. So I ordered the full version of Malwarebytes from amazon.com and I'm wondering if this will take care of the problem? Or will I need to do something else.

You're likely good. Sounds like another case of more ScareWare.
MalwareBytes Pro should pretty much take care of it for you. Make sure that it is auto updating the signatures properly.
IF you are still concerned that there may be a problem present you can always reboot into safe mode and run a full system scan with MalwareBytes in Safe Mode, it's not a bad idea as sort of an extra measure as in safe mode there are less things running and contesting for CPU, Memory and IO resources.
Finally you can always use an offline scanner. This is one that seems to work reasonably well What is Windows Defender Offline?
