Windows 7 Deleted folder - but it keeps popping up in a Download Manager (I think)

I deleted a folder where I was storing app downloads. The folder was in my root directory. I think I deleted it within a download manager - not sure. In any case, the download manager keeps popping up (for no reason apparent to me) with a file to download (looks like the latest one I downloaded) and the Folder is the one I deleted. When I look in my root directory, the folder is still there. I deleted it - but it keeps reappearing. How do I get rid of this folder? Thanks.......

Probably a setting in your download manger? If you told it to save downloads in that folder then I would expect it to recreate it if it doesn't find it until you change the download manager settings.
