Windows 10 desktop right click no deal

New problem - whenever I right click on a photo on my desktop, no deal. Have to drag it to the recycle bin. Thoughts?

Well - normally when I right click on a photo, it just goes away. Nothing else going on. Just a plain old jpeg.
