Windows 7 disk not recognised in e drive

I have a cd with pictures on it from my holiday. When I got home I tried the disk in my ps3 and all the pictures were there I then tried it in the e drive of my pc but it doesn't recognise the disk at all. I have since tried it back in the ps3 and now that doesn't recogise it either. Am desperate to recover the pics??

How did you get the pictures on the CD? If you burned them with a PC, try going back to the original PC to check there.
