Windows 7 DNS Server not responding

Hi...someone please help
My partner's laptop can longer access the internet...DNS server isn't responding.
I've tried various potential fixes but having no luck...flushing dns etc

The ipconfig /all from the laptop is below.
Can anyone help me please resolve this issue?
