Windows 7 Driver for CanoScan LiDE 20 scanner

Since being given a CanoScan LiDE 20 scanner I've not succeeded in finding / downloading a driver for my Windows 7 system. Every time I think I've downloaded a driver, when I try to use the scanner I get a message saying that I need to download a WIA driver. Can anyone offer any suggestions.
