Windows 7 dual boot possible issues

Does anyone have stuff showing up in W7 that is random stuff from the "other" boot drive. To try and explain, let's say you have a plug in for an audio application installed on the XP partition, but for some reason the manuals from this plug in are also in windows 7 Now, not the plug in itself, just the manuals, OR maybe just an empty folder??
