Enhanced PIN for BitLocker not Working

Hi.

I have a new Dell XPS 15 with Windows 10 Pro and a TPM 1.2 module on the board.

I have enabled Enhanced PINs via the Group Policy Editor and have set my pin using a mixture of letters, numbers and symbols. However when I restart the machine, it does not accept my entered PIN.
However, it does recognise this PIN when I am using the change Bitlocker Pin option from within Windows.

I am wondering, is there a way to find out if my TPM actually supports Enhanced PINs?

Thank you!
