Windows 7 Epson scanner driver

Hi folks,

Win7 64 bit
Scanner - Epson Perfection 3490 PHOTO


I'm prepared installing the captioned scanner but w/o driver and software

I found;

Epson Perfection 3490 PHOTO
Epson Perfection 3490 Photo, Drivers & Downloads - Technical Support - Epson America, Inc.

Please advise whether I need to download following software;
1)
TWAIN Driver and EPSON Scan Utility v3.04A
2)
Epson Copy Utility v3.30
3)
TWAIN Driver and EPSON Scan Utility v2.75A
Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows 98

But the driver for 3) above is NOT for Win7 64 bit. Please advise where can I find it?
