Windows 7 Errors and errors

Hey guys,

I'm a win7 user since June and untill now i did not have any major problems....but...
I turned off my computer last night-nothing special- and this morning i got the first error that you see attached. I tried to start the services manually but with no success. Should I reinstall my system (i don't have any restore points)?

Hi Corina,
try this.. open a command prompt with administrative rights and run:

netsh winsock reset

Restart the computer..
