Windows 7 errors when open files

Hi, i have a problem with 7 - when I check my mail directly from messenger gives me an error - that for about 4-weeks - and now began to give me the same error on Photoshop files.when the browser is on and check mail directly from Messenger no longer crashes, the same with photoshop. don't know what to do.. I put a picture below with those errors. I must apologize for my English! Thanks !
