Windows 7 every program crashes

hey,
almost all of the programs crash when i launch them
"XXX has stopped working"
it started after i reinstalled graphics card drivers (reinstalled, not installed new ones)
tried reinstalling theese drivers or getting newer/older ones,
if you need more info just tell me what you need

Maybe your RAM is bad.
