Windows 8 fingerprintreader software doesnt recognize password

Hello, I bought a usb-fingerprint reader from the brand egistec_ES603, and when I run the bioecxess software it asks for my windows password. When I enter the password it says: password incorrect..


does anyone know how I can fix this??
