Windows 10 Fixing tabskb.dll Error Causing Touch Keyboard Issues on Windows 10 Tablet

Hi all, since upgrading my tablet to windows 10 I have real problems with the touch keyboard. it freezes then crashes I checked events and it is this dll file that seems to be the culprit. anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.
