Windows 10 Folder Icon color in File Explorer

The folder icons that were yellow are now white on in File Explorer of hard drive. They are yellow when viewing the File Explorer of a USB drive.
How do I get the yellow ones back??

Why not colour them all.

Mark important folders to make them easier to find

Simply select the folder you want to mark, right-click on its icon and select a color-coded icon from the drop-down menu. The icon will be assigned to the folder at once.
