Windows 7 Folliscope : Error Camera Failed

Hi. I am using Folliscope software on Windows Seven Professional. When I open the software it gives me an error Camera Failed.
I have tried to goto compatibility option of the software and changed it to windows xp sp2 or sp3 and various other options but it still gives me an error.
The camera works fine with other applications but only with Folliscope I am not able to use the camera.
Can you please suggest what should I do?

Did you contact Folliscope developer on this issue? Is your camera compatible?

Yes i did. They said Folliscope is not compatible with the camera when you use Windows Seven.
