Hi..
I've been trying to format a RW cd throught the usual right click format option in my DVD/CD- RW (E): drive but I notice both format options (quick format & create and MS-DOS startup disk)are greyed out _unlike what used to be accessable in my previous WinXP OS.
the command dose run for a while ...gives the usual format complete result message....but nothing is actually done..
Dose this have to do with the account type (user or admin), ...I check on outdated drive possibiltiy but windows tells me I'm uptodate on this regard .....I'd greatefully welcome any suggestions....thanks
