Windows 7 Frequent blue screens (64 bit)

Hello,
I'm using Windows 7 64 bit and get blue screens frequently. I've alredy tried to update my video card drivers, audio driver (I'm using the new beta now), replacing Avast with ESET NOD32 and replacing Daemon Tools with Virtual CloneDrive but I still get blue screens. (not only when playing games).
All the hardwares are new, except my hard drives and my USB soundcard.

I attached CPU-Z screens and information from the diagnostic tool.

Thanks,
szm33

Thanks for the quick reply.
I had the latest VirtualClone, so I uninstalled it to see if it caused the problem and I also ran chkdsk.
I don't get any blue screens now, but it still crashes often. Everything just freezes. There's no dump file so I've checked the log Management at My Computer. It says: Critical Kernel-Power 41 (63).
Could you help me?

Thanks,
szm33

You got Ultradma CRC errors 200 points being the worst result. Replacing HDD cable may help.

Hello,
sorry for not writing for a long time.
I haven't got a new cable yet but here are some details:

I get two type of problems:
- everything just freezes and all I can do is turn it off
- a blue screen comes up for a really short time and it quickly restarts and then there's no dump file.

I've also tried running a 64 bit Ubuntu (boot from dvd) and Windows 7 in safe mode and they both worked perfectly.
Should I get a new cable anyway or is it something else that crashes my Windows?

Thanks,
szm33

Yesterday I reinstalled Windows but today it still crashes. (no blue screen, everything just stops)

I'm attaching my driver list

"No bsod's, everything just stops" - what's that? Freezes? Falls into a black screen? If so it sounds like a hardware issue for sure. How's going with the HDD cable?

SlySoft Virtual CloneDrive

The screen stops how it was at the moment. I do see Windows but I can't do anything, it doesn't react. (Sometimes some noise is coming from the speakers.)

I can't find ATK0110 ACPI Utility on the ASUS website.
The VirtualClone driver is the latest one from the SlySoft website.

Thanks,
szm33

The screen stops how it was at the moment.

Blame your hardware. Uninstall all Elaborate bytes software including Virtual Clone. Update the ASUS driver. Upgrade BIOS to the lastest. Then if the problem persists, test your hardware:

1. HDD:

Link Removed - Invalid URL
PassMark DiskCheckup - SMART hard drive monitoring utility
HD Tune website
HDDScan

2. RAM (again):

3. Unplug USB soundcard.

Hello,

I have already updated BIOS.
The first thing I wanted to test was the USB soundcard so when I reinstalled Windows 7 I didn't install its drivers or even plug it in but the same thing happened.
Then I bought a new HDD. The sound of the flash videos stopped crackling but it still freezes.
I ran memtest and it gave 0 errors. (only 2 passes tho)
(I've even tried a 32 bit Windows.)

I don't know what could cause the problem now.
