Windows 7 Frequent BSOD Issues on Windows 7: Seeking Help with Minidump Analysis

Hello to all. First let me start by my system info:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T

Motherboard: ASUS M4A87TD

GPU: NVidia Geforce GT240

RAM: 4GB (2X2GB)

OS: Windows 7 Professional 32bit

Sound: Focusrite Saffire 6 USB audio interface


The past 3-4 months I'd been getting various BSODs once every while until I started to get them very frequently and thus i proceeded to a windows clean install (without formatting the HD though). BSODs seem to be random and don't occur during a specific process. As a matter of fact I've been getting a few while the PC is idle.

I have installed all the latest drivers for my hardware, switched 3-4 antivirus programs, changed my PSU to a new one (previous one was a couple of years old) and already reinstalled windows 3 times. Let me also add that the onboard sound device of the mainboard is disabled while using the audio interface. I did however try to not use any sound device at all but that didn't make any difference. Saddly BSODs persist.

Windows' action center suggests it could be a RAM, Mainboard or CPU issue but I'd like to be sure before I go replacing anything else.

I am attaching the minidumps from the latest installation. I can also attach previous ones, if required, as old installation folders are still there.

All these crashes are happening because of faulty memory or misconfigured memory. No need for more crash dumps. The conclusion is definite 100%.

Thank you all, once again, for your valuable help. I have replaced the RAM with new modules and will wait to see what happens. If problem persists I'll ask for a MB+CPU replacement since they're still under guarantee.

So far (afraid to type it) all seems ok. Left the PC on for 2 days. No BSODs or crashes whatsoever. Will keep you posted.

You should be alright. Anytime a bsod thread gets into 2 pages or beyond, it's always a memory issue.

No BSODs whatsoever since yesterday and I've been using the PC a lot.

For your future reference, I restored the sft files from the recycle bin and now Office 2010 works fine. So keep an eye open for online installations of Office when you see them again.
