Windows 7 Gadgest on top of IE

hi,
this is my first post here so i'll be brief.
I like the gadgest very much, but I have a problem, is there a way to have the gadgest always on top but when i browse IE to stop near then so that i can see the whole page?

At this time cross 2004 i do not believe this to be possible at this time. I know you can make a gadget permanently on top but i have never seen a feature where it goes away for a certain program.

well at least, to make a window, that is like the side bar on vista and put the gadgets on top .... They should have made the side bar optional
