Windows 7 Games not working on Windows7 Need for speed carbon and Battlefield 2 HELP

Help

Cant run Need for speed carbon or batlefield 3 in windows seven.... have installed vista patches and have tried running in all compatibility modes... I love these games so hopefully someone can help....

My PC is an HP Pavillion a1200a Standard machine.
 
Solution
It may be due to several reason such as incomplete or improper source of windows seven you are using or may be some other programs intruprts your Need for speed carbon and battlefield 2 installation.
