Windows 8 Geen geluid na update Windows 8

Beste,
onlangs heb ik een nieuwe update gedaan van windows 8. Hierna heb ik gemerkt dat ik geen geluid meer heb, linksonder staat wel het luidsprekertje maar er staat een rood kruisje bij. zodra ik op het tekentje klik gaat hij automatisch problemen proberen vast te stellen, daarna krijg ik een scherm en staat er bij gevonden problemen: 'Een of meer audioservices worden niet uitgevoerd' Er staat ook nog bij in het schermpje dat niet alle gevonden problemen automatisch kunnen worden opgelost. ik heb op youtube al vele videos gevonden waarbij er problemen zijn met de geluidskaart maar dat is op mijn laptop niet.

Zou iemand mij advies kunnen geven?

I recently submitted a new update of Windows 8. After that I noticed that I no longer have sound, bottom left or the speaker, but there is a red cross in. Once I was on the mark then is it automatically issues trying to fix, then I get a screen and there to find problems: "One or more audio services are not running," It is still on the screen that not all found problems automatically can be solved. I have already found many videos on youtube where there are problems with the sound, but that's not on my laptop.

Could someone give me advice?

unfortunately my Dutch isn't so good but you could try opening Device manager ( found via the control panel ) look for audio right click on it, choose properties then driver. Try rolling back the driver.

Hallo, spijtig genoeg is mijn Nederlands niet zo goed maar je kan proberen "Apparaatbeheer" te open (te vinden via "Configuratiescherm") zoek "Besturing voor geluid, video en spelletjes" en rechtsklik de audio-driver, kies "Eigenschappen" en het tabblad "Stuurprogramma". Probeer daar de optie "Vorig stuurprogramma".

hallo, ik heb geprobeerd om hem terug te zetten naar het vorig stuurprogramma maar dat lukte niet, kijk op de afbeelding daar heb ik de knop om het terug te zetten aangeduid maar ik kan hem niet aanklikken. ik denk dat mijn stuurprogramma van deze geluidskaart geen vorige versie heeft, is er nog een andere oplossing?

Hi, I tried to put him back to the previous driver but could not look at the image that I have the button to turn it back marked but I can not click it. I think my driver of this card has no previous version, is there another solution?

You could always download the driver if you know what driver you need. Can you post the specification of your computer or even make and model will do.

Microsoft weekly updates often cause problems with Win8 or other versions of windows if they are malfunctioning at the OS level or you have a hardware failure *hard drive*. Easiest way to try and fix it is to rollback your computer using SYSTEM RESTORE to a point in time prior to the bad Win8 update you got. That should restore the audio driver and all it's various component Registry keys to their prior working state. *NOTE: If you're audio hasn't worked for more than 5 months; SYSTEM RESTORE won't help you as it can't go back further than 5 months.

It would also be well worth backing up any irreplaceable personal data (documents, photos, music, movies, E-mails) to external media prior to attempting the SYSTEM RESTORE. If your Windows8 is already unhealthy or you have a failing hard drive, you could experience irreversible data loss. A word to the wise.

Ik denk wat Kemical zegt is het beste.
Gewoon even de geluids driver opnieuw installeren van je laptop.

Als je niet weet welke driver je moet downloaden kun je bij "Start" in de zoekbalk "dxdiag" in typen, er zal dan een venster openen met jou laptop gegevens.

Als je het systeemmodel doorgeeft, kan ik je direct de juiste download link sturen.

"Vorige stuurprogramma" zal hoogstwaarschijnlijk niet werken.
