Windows 7 Getting BSoD, seeking help

Hello, I'll get right to the point. I occassionally get BSoD error and my PC restarts. It doesnt happen to often, maybe about once in a day or two. Attached is everything that you guys require, including the memory dump file. I hope i uploaded everything correctly as I have never done this before.

It's awfully hard (if not downright impossible) to diagnose a hardware problem with only one memory dump. When I do it, I look at at least 4 or 5 memory dumps. The key here is that (with hardware errors) the memory dumps have not pattern of errors - so you get what appears to be random errors.

But there's also low-level driver and compatibility issues. They can resemble hardware problems in the memory dumps. And 3rd party drivers are by far the most common reason for BSOD's

So, what we do is:
- we rule out 3rd party drivers to the best of our ability.
- if the system still BSOD's, then we assume that it's a hardware problem.

In your case, since others have suspected hardware problems - you may want to try these free hardware...

Only 94 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Updates and get all available updates.

Have seen a lot of issues recently with RAID array's on single drives in Dell systems. Breaking the RAID array and installing Windows without using RAID has fixed it for us. (I'm not suggesting this right now - just posting it FYI in case you decide to reinstall Windows).

The memory dump blames video drivers - please follow this procedure to install the Drivers Only: Link Removed

McAfee drivers date from 2011, please try this to rule out McAfee:

Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Link Removed - Invalid URL
- un-install the McAfee from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of McAfee using this free tool: Link Removed (This link has changed a lot. If it doesn't work, search for McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool)
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus, then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

Although I'm going to suggest a bunch of driver updates - I'd also have to wonder if this is a hardware issue. As such, I'd suggest the free diagnostics here: Link Removed - Invalid URL

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Wow thanks for the very detailed response! I geuss its worth mentioning that i had a warranty with Dell and their tech support eventually lead to me reformatting my PC to fix this issue, which didn't seem to help. Thats why i assumed it may have been a hardware issue, however i will definitely try to work on those drivers mentioned and get back to you if the problem happens to reoccur. Also worth mentioning I have some warrantys for hardware components so Dell recommended a new PSU and Motherboard to see if it fixes the problem. I will also get back to you on how that goes after changing that. Thanks again for the quick response!

FYI - there are no 100% reliable motherboard tests. We usually rule out all other hardware before figuring that it's the motherboard. If Dell is willing to give you a new one - take it! I'd take the PSU also, simply because it's a new part also.
