Windows 7 Getting Music from Ipod Touch to harddrive

Hello all,

Just bought an Ipod Touch (5th Gen) from a friend and I want to get all his music from the Ipod on to my PC's hard drive. I plugged it in via USB but it's only showing the pictures. Is there a way to tame this Apple product?
