GPU-Z, the well-known graphics card information and monitoring tool, has now received a new update which brings support for more models, including the yet-to-be-announced GeForce GTX 460, as well as some fixes and tweaks.
The full changelog of GPU-Z 0.4.4 looks a little something like this:
- Added support for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460, GT 330, GT 315, GT216 based ION
- Added support for AMD HD 5670 (Juniper), Mobility HD 5430, Mobility 4200, Mobility 4100
- Added PowerColor hardware giveaway
- Added die size measurement for NVIDIA GF100
- Added option to GPU-Z's system menu to show temperatures in °F
- Fix for BIOS reading on ATI
- Fixed decimal points in ADT7473 reading
- Fixed crash on GeForce 8300 IGP
- Added clock monitoring for RS780 variants
- Improved clock monitoring for ATI R6xx architecture

A new version of the GPU-Z graphics card information and monitoring tool has now been made available and it adds support for the cards revealed by the GeForce 259.47 driver (GeForce GTS 455, GTS 450, GT 440, GTX 430, GTX 420, GTX 470M, GTX 460M, GTX 445M, GTX 435M, GTX 425M, GTX 420M and GTX 415M).

GPU-Z 0.4.6 also features the following:

- Added MSI hardware giveaway

- Fixed temperature readings getting stuck on ADT7473 sensor (GTX 400 cards)

- Fixed broken BIOS reading on all cards

- General improvements to Intel support, still far from perfect

- Added support for ATI FirePro V8750

- Added support for GeForce GT 330, GT218 based ION, GeForce 310M

- Added basic detection for AMD Radeon HD 6000 Series

- Improved handling for unknown NVIDIA cards

- Added fan RPM monitoring for NVIDIA cards

High profile but low footprint graphics card information and monitoring tool GPU-Z has once again been updated and is now available in a fresh, 0.4.7 coating. The new version brings support for the GeForce GT 430 and GT 420, as well as multiple tweaks and fixes.
