Windows 8 Have to use ipconfig /release and renew time to time

Hello, I started having this problem yesterday when my wireless connection showed limited connectivity. After I do the ipconfig commands it works for a while and then I have to renew it again. It is very annoying. The same thing happens when I plug in a lan cable directly for an internet connection. In order to get it working I have to again release and renew.

 

[Trouble]

Check your Router's DHCP Lease duration settings and up it.
Try moving it from 1 day to 1 week or whatever the settings might allow (all router firmware is a bit different).
See if that helps at all with your problem.
