1. Click Start Menu
2. type in CMD
3.right click & run as ADMIN <----- you HAVE to do it like that
4.in CMD window copy & paste in this .... wuauclt.exe /updatenow
5.hit ENTER
6. WAIT for it to finish
7. close CMD when it is done
8. WAIT 2 minutes then open Windows Update
You should NOW be seeing Windows 10 downloading
