Windows 7 HDD disappear from bios priority

I have instaled windows 7 , i was having the problem with the 2 disks so i unpluged the disk that i didn't need it and managed to instale windows BUT after the reboot i pluged again the 2nd disk that i have and here is the problem , i get to bios to set the priority i can't find the boot disk (the one i instaled the windows) even if i see it in the managment tab i can't seem to select it to the priority , if again i unplug the 2nd disk it boots just fine !!!!!!!! plz some help would be apriciated

Have you checked the bios to see if your boot drive is listed first.

Are these drives PATA or SATA?
 
The disks are both sata , i have checked bios but i don't have the option to set the disk with windows on as the first priority for boot , but in hardware managment the disk is there
