Windows is always going to be "pure Windows" there are no manufacturers adding their own interfaces to it. As for Windows 8 itself, you're probably not going to find one since Windows 8 will be end of life next year. Some choices you have for Windows 10 tablets are

Microsoft Surface Pro 4
Microsoft Surface 3 ( really cheap now)
Samsung TabPro S
HP Pavilion x2
HP Spectre x2
Dell Venue 11
Lenovo Yoga Book
