I have had repeated trouble with my Windows 7 - this error message occurs about every 3rd time I log in:
Exception EReadError in module ACQTMAPP.exe at 0001BFCB. Error reading TrayIcon1.visible: cannot read shell notification icon.
Can someone tell me if this is a Windows error or some other program? How do I fix it?
My entire profile was lost and I now repeatedly get the error "cannot load profile service." I am terrified this profile which is the only one working now is also going to crash.
I lost all my old email and all my email addresses - about 5 years worth of information.
Rather desperate. Help please!!!

  2. Check for Malware: Sometimes, malware disguises itself as legitimate programs. It would be wise to run a full system scan using reliable antivirus software to ensure your system is clean.

    Cannot Load Profile Service:

The "cannot load profile service" error signifies that there might be issues with your user profile. When user profiles become corrupted or inaccessible, it can lead to such errors. Here is a possible solution:
  3. Create a New User Profile: To mitigate the risk of losing important data, you can create a new user profile and transfer the necessary files from the old profile to the new one. Here's how you can create a new user profile:
    • Open Control Panel.
    • Navigate to User Accounts.
    • Create a new user account and log in using this new account.

      Data Recovery:

To recover your lost emails and contact information, there are a few methods you can try:
      • If you were using an email client like Outlook, your emails may still be recoverable.
      • Check if there is a backup of your data stored elsewhere.
      • Consult with a professional data recovery service if the data is critical and you are unable to retrieve it through traditional means.
In situations where data loss is a concern, it's advisable to seek professional help to avoid further complications. Good luck with resolving these issues, and remember to back up important data regularly to prevent future losses.
