Windows 7 Help with Windows 7 & Touchscreen

Hi, I hope someone can help me I just installed Windows 7 & on my tablet/laptop and now i can not use the touchscreen with my fingers i can only use the stylist attached the the pc. Please someone please help

How about this

Did it work with either Windows XP or Windows Vista? If not, then the hardware is probably designed only for use with the stylus. If it did, then try re-installing Windows 7.
