Windows 7 Hidden files help

Hello! I'm currently using Windows 7 at the moment and it's working out pretty ok!
Now to my problem.. I can't seem to find how to find the hidden files? I've tried everything I know but I still can't find out how.. Anyone who knows mind posting an answer here where to click etc.
Would be very appreciated!

Open Explorer (Computer)
Hit ALT key

This will show the file edit view tools menu, Click on Tools and Folder Options
