How do I keep my disk usage down at a low percentage. I'm constantly at 99% which it making my laptop very slow

What do you mean by disk usage?
Do you mean that you don't have a lot of disk space left?
What is the size of your drive, and how big is your Windows install?
If that's the problem there are a lot of things you can do to make the install smaller.
Try downloading and running Winderstat, it will tell you what's using up the disk space.

For me one of the things that was using a lot of space was my System Restore Points, (about 20 Gigabytes) and the fact that I was using Quick Start, (another 27 Gigabytes).
Turning off both of these saved me a ton of disk space.
You can also use CCleaner to remove the Windows.old files, (about 10 Gigabytes).

Thank you a lot! This actually fixed the problem I had with having a slow laptop. My drive is 930GB by the way.

If you have a 930 GB drive and it's almost full, I'd look at getting an external drive and moving things you don't use everyday to it.
If you have that much stuff on your C:\ drive you should be backing up anything that's important.
So you should leave things that you really can't afford to lose on both drives in case you hard drive should fail, in some way that would cause you to lose all your data.
It can happen.
