Windows 7 How Can I get to the BIOS?

I have a Dell Inspiron 3642 desktop running Windows 7 Home Premium
On other computers when I reboot, you have the opportunity to go into setup(BIOS) by pushing F2, or some other key.
On my Dell Inspiron, it never shows up so I can't get into the BIOS.
Is there another way to get into the BIOS Setup page? And, how can I correct it, so it shows up when I reboot?
