Due to a driver crash my "normal" Windows 7 is not able to bootup with the previous resolution
of 1680x1050

In "safe mode" a boot is possible but the resolution is here 1280x900.

How can I change the screen resolution in this "safe mode" FOR the "normal mode"?

Upon restarting your computer in normal mode, it should now display with the resolution you set in Safe Mode. If the driver issues persist even after changing the resolution in Safe Mode, you may need to update or reinstall your graphics driver to ensure that your desired resolution functions correctly in normal mode.
