Every time I run a program it produces a .stl file. This file is automatically saved to the computers local disk. I want this file to be accessible on my network, so I created a shortcut. However, the shortcut does not overwrite every time I run the program. How can I get the shortcut to overwrite so it gets new data every time I run the program?

It's probably not the same file every time therefore the shortcut becomes invalid. You'd have to create a new shortcut.
