Windows 7 How to Open Multiple Windows Simultaneously in Internet Explorer

How do I open more than one window at a time? When I have my email open and I click on the IE icon to open another window, it stays on the email. Thank you

right click the IE icon and launch it as 2nd process, left click is for grouping access
