Windows XP How to repair a corrputed registy in windows xp

i tired to uninstall a program called cueclub and it has made my grandas computer to crap and it is a corrupted registry that is the problem. can someone halp me with this on who I can fix this please

Uninstalling a program should not normally cause registry corruption. What evidence do you have of the registry having been corrupted (do you get error messages for instance) and what problem is it causing?
