Windows 7 How to Run Internet Explorer 7 on Windows 7 Starter for CCTV Access

Is it possible to run IE 7 with WIN 7 Starter?
I need IE7 to view my CCTV remotely no other browser will work

I have tried to install but can only find IE7 for XP Im not the brightest on the PC
can you point me in the right direction please

Randy Starter edition doesnt have IE8 compatability view I am told
