davidhk129 Senior Member Apr 3, 2014 #2 Click the Start button > in the search box, type folder options > press Enter key > at the top, click View > make sure the box in front of " Hide extensions for known file types" is NOT checked > if it is checked, UN-check it > click OK when done.
