Windows 7 How to Use a Wireless Mouse Without Its USB Receiver?

i have a wireless mouse but lost the usb part..is there any way to make it work?

When you say that you lost the USB part, what do you mean? That you actually lost the receiver which plugs into the USB connector? If so, you will have to find a replacement or buy another mouse. If you are simply saying that you lost the USB connection, try plugging it into another slot. If you are saying something else, please elucidate.
