Windows 7 i cant play Velvet Assassin any help please?

i installed it, then i tried to play it i got a black screen and error about the engine or something like that

then i tried to change compability of launcher and replay.exe to Windows XP SP3 and now i get this error:
Steam error
Application load error 5:0000065434

i tried reinstall and it doesn't help
