So basically I think I ducked something up with my ssd. I basically dual booted ubuntu for a while and for some reason when I deleted ubuntu It fully deleted. Now I have 2 partitions on my D drive (1 which is windows 1 which was ubuntu) and the ubuntu one sometimes . I need to fully delete ubuntu because it basically makes my ssd simply not work on windows ( windows says: "The disk specified does not exist" or something when i try to use the drive. how can i fix this

When you install a second OS in this case a Linux distro the original first stage boot loader is overridden with the Linux first stage which then loads grub. Since you removed the Linux distro grub is now missing. You'd need to boot into a winre disk or Windows install media and repair the boot loader
