Windows 10 Installation Windows 10 from boot

Recently I went to install windows 10 again on my laptop via pen drive, I'd done it before. When I tried to do it this time it copies the files across then reboots, after its rebooted it takes me back to the option to copy files across again, I have already formatted my hard drive but currently it seems suck in a loop, it won't proceed to install after reboot, is there anything I can do?

Yes i pulled the pen drive and rest and it worked fine, needless to say its not my strong point lol
