You should be able to adjust your scripting settings in the advanced section of the IE settings.I tried IE 9 RC and it works great except for the fact when in facebook and playing farmville it tells me that my requests that I send have been blocked to prevent cross-scripting. I never had that problem with IE 8.
Correction, It says Internet Explorer has modified this page to prevent cross-scripting.

This is all I can find in the Advanced settings. I don't think that this is what you meant.

I'm afraid this might happen in final version as well. It's a security feature that was introduced in IE 8 and is improved in IE9. You can try to reduced the IE security settings and see. Which is not recommend.
