No wireless internet on my Dell Inspiron 1545 running window 7 professional 64 bit . When I click on status I get connected,but Ip4 and Ipv6 no internet access. Sometimes it will show the network and other times it is an unidentified network.When I run the network troubleshooter it is inconsistent and says two different things "windows could not automatically detect this networks proxy settings" and something about the default gateway not being available.
I have googled this problem for many hours and tried many different things with no luck
uninstalled network adapter dell wireless 1397 wlan mini-card and reinstalled
made sure driver was updated
updated router firmware (linksys 2.4ghz 4 port switch)
turned off bonjour itunes in services
manually entered ip address, subnet mask, and default gateway
turned off ipv6
turned off anti-virus
I forgot to mention that the computer works on the ethernet cable and the wireless also works at the coffee shop. Plus I have another laptop running xp that works fine wireless

Please help I would enjoy using my computer anywhere in my house.
