when you grab a window and shake it all the other windows minimize

It is, and it's called AERO shake.

yah, and if you drag a window all the way to the top with Aero, it maximizes, or if you drag it to the left or right side of the screen (IE: with MSN messenger) it will maximize, but only on the side of the screen
