[TD="class: alt1"] Kernel Power Error ID 41

Hey im new on forum =)

My PC Specs

Intel® Core™ i5-760 Processor (8M Cache, 2.80 GHz)
Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme Rev.2
Intel® Desktop Board DP55WG
4GB DDR3 ram 2x2gb kingston sticks
Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 "Vapor-X" 1gb
Western Digital SATA II Caviar Black 500gb
LC Power LC600H-12 600W
There are 2x80mm and 1x 120m Fans. Classic fans without leds
OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Well my i didn't OC anything. PC was working nice for nearly a year, only thing i had to do was replacement of intel stock cooler with aftermarket cooler to steady core temps.

But about month ago my problem started... Kernel Power Error ID 41 started. I tryed these things to fix it:
-Reinstaled win7 several times and formated disks
-I cleaned case
-Reconnected all connectors
-Disabled audio drivers
-Reinstaled graphic drivers
-Disconnected all USB deviced and fans (expect keyboard and mouse)
-Changed tasks in Task Scheduler
-Temps are never over 65deggres (using core temp)
-When i disabled speedstep in bios and exited bios with saving changes my PC crashed

When my PC gets crash if i don't turn it off for few mins it will crash again after ''Windows loading screen'' or at ''Wellcome message''.
Most of cases i get this crash while playing games. In strong games like battlefield or black ops i get this error in few mins of playing otherwise after 20 mins or so. Sometimes i got crash when i tryed to ''Exit'' from game.
When i do torcher test with prime95 for most times it works without crash. But when i click ''Stop'' on taskbar my PC crashes
Well idk if this has something to do with kelner but i see 2800 ''Administrative events'' in event log mostly ''Warning'' and ''Error''.

Well before i take my PC to shop where i bought it i would like to know where the problem is.
I belive that this was asked many times but i can't find answer in my case.
Looking forward for your answers Link Removed

Solution
It seems like you're experiencing a Kernel Power Error ID 41 issue on your PC. This error typically indicates that the system rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:
  1. Check Hardware Connections:
    • Ensure all hardware components are properly connected, including RAM, GPU, and power connections.
    • Make sure there are no loose connections or cables causing issues.
    []Update Drivers:
    • Ensure all your drivers, especially graphics and chipset drivers, are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause system instability.

    ]Check for Overheating:
    • Monitor your system temperatures using software...
    [
    ]Check for Overheating:
    • Monitor your system temperatures using software like Core Temp or HWMonitor to ensure overheating is not the cause of the crashes. Clean any dust accumulated in the system to improve airflow.
    []Power Supply Unit (PSU) Check:
    • A failing or insufficient power supply can also lead to such issues. Ensure your PSU is functioning correctly and providing sufficient power to all components.
    [
    ]Check RAM and Hard Drive:
    • Run a memory diagnostic tool like Windows Memory Diagnostic to check for any RAM issues.
    • Use tools like CrystalDiskInfo to check the health of your hard drive.
    []BIOS Settings:
    • Check your BIOS settings and ensure they are correctly configured. Resetting the BIOS to default settings can sometimes help resolve issues.
    [
    ]Windows Event Viewer:
    • Review the Event Viewer logs for more details on the crashes. Look for patterns or specific error messages that might indicate the root cause. Given your description of the crashes happening mostly during gaming, it could be related to either a hardware component under stress or a driver issue. Since you've already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, it might be beneficial to:
      • Monitor the system closely during gaming to see if you can pinpoint any specific triggers.
      • Consider running stress tests like MemTest86 for memory and FurMark for GPU to check for stability under load.
If you continue to experience issues and cannot identify the root cause, it might be worth consulting a professional technician for further diagnosis and repair. Before taking your PC to the shop, these steps can help you gather more information about the potential causes of the Kernel Power Error ID 41.
